Background
Fresh Maintenance was founded in December 2018 and helps building owners, management companies, homeowners’ associations and housing associations throughout the Netherlands with the maintenance of roof installations on high buildings. A roof installation is usually used for cleaning windows. Maintenance and inspections of these installations are necessary to avoid high costs in the event of a defect. Previous Challenge
Fresh Maintenance encountered a number of challenges when they still worked with the old working method: “We used to work in a less structured way. You know how it is: everything was in Excel. We lacked insight into the data and an overview of the various activities. We did collect data, but could not draw any conclusions from it.” That is why Fresh Maintenance were looking for a field service solution.
Solution

“Maintaining building-related installations on roofs is a niche market. It really is a specialization in which we, as a young team, already have a lot of experience. The market is moving towards us, we like that. We are now also carrying out maintenance on installations abroad, and we want to expand that branch. And we absolutely want to become the market leader in our field in the Netherlands!”
